Rusty Horse Ranch was purchased by Charles and Donna DeVier in 2000. It is located about four (4) miles northwest of Columbia, MO. We already had quarter horses but decided to start an Arabian breeding ranch. During the last ten years much has been added to the ranch and we have had as many as 25 horses at one time.
